Shipping Information

These units are shipped Common Carrier, and our flat shipping rate is $350, since that is the average freight within USA except Alaska and Hawaii. Canadian customers must contact sales@kingsaunas.com before purchase. Insurance is included in our shipping rate.

This sauna will be delivered via a freight line. The trucking company will call you a day or two before they are going to deliver so they can schedule and appointment. It will be delivered in two boxes all wrapped up. It You will be able to easily move into your garage and can be easily broken down, and then moved to any location in your house. From which you can then easily install the unit.

Upon delivery carefully inspect your item for damage. If there is damage you must note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. After delivery open all boxes and inspect for any concealed damage.

PICKUPS - Local pickups are allowed. we can also deliver in Dallas Fortworth area for a S&H charge of $100.00.
